I’m a devoted husband and father to 3 wonderful children. I love meeting people and my kids say I talk too much…which is true.

My real estate journey began in 2008 after purchasing a duplex for my wife and I to live. With the help of my family and friends, I rehabbed my first property. We moved in the summer of 2009 and unknowingly became “House Hackers”, living in one unit and renting out the second.

Since that first purchase, we have rehabbed over 20 apartments, and two homes. We enjoy the process of transforming old, outdated buildings/apartments into quality living spaces.
